A lot of people (irrespective of were they live) will utilise around 3 litres of standard normal water per day – hey, don’t believe me, all the medical texts say so. Our whole human body simply needs standard normal water to function. If you do not drink at least this amount, your entire human body will either not function well (on some level) or it will take it from salus structured silver  where ever it can.
